We practice in employment law- It is what we are passionate about!
Employment law sets out the rules business owners must follow in order to engage employees properly. This includes how to pay employees, safety, how to deal with misconduct, dismissals, redundancies and more.
Many people are unaware that employment law also place rules on employees in relation to their employment, such as their behaviour and obligation to maintain safety in the workplace.
We assist all business owners regardless of the size, but our passion is assisting small to medium businesses.
We also assist employees from all industries who are either still employed and those who have stopped working with their employer.
No matter which lawyer you have in our firm, the expertise of the whole team weighs in on your case. We offer an end-to-end service which means that your solicitor stays beside you through the whole process.
Each member of our team is an experienced employment lawyer who has dedicated their career to employment law. We also have team members who can speak Farsi, Dari, Hindi and Serbian.
