I'd like to say my experience with Fair Workplace Solutions was generally a very good one. The staff were all professional and followed up with my concerns promptly. I would like to make a special mention to my lawyer Grace, who represented me. She was knowledgable and conducted herself with integrity, which I found reassuring during this stressful period. I also think having her around also helped to temper my expectations so that we were able to reach a positive outcome. I would also like to leave some advice for people in this unfortunate situation based off my experience. When considering settlement amounts, also discuss settlement structure (e.g. damages vs. ETP) as the tax implications tend to be considerable. Anyways to anyone who reads this wish you all the best and hope you get the justice you are looking for.
